Obtect pupa:A pupa in which the legs and other appendages are completely enclosed with the rest of the body, although their outlines may be clearly visible.
obs:Over-bark standing: the volume of wood including the bark before the tree is felled. Usually expressed in cubic metres.
Ommatidia:One of the structural elements, resembling a single simplified eye that makes up the compound eye of insects and other arthropods.
Onomatophore:A specimen that acts as the name bearer for a species.
Ootheca:An egg-case.
Open Habitat:A habitat where there is no (or limited) tree cover e.g. Bog, heath and grassland.
